Your USAFI/GED Transcript is available for reporting education achievement through USAFI: 1942-1974. There is no fee for ordering your transcript, just complete the order form below. If you require assistance, please contact jst@doded.mil

To request a free Diploma or GED Credential, check the box and provide your mailing address in the form that appears below. A copy of your transcript will be sent to GED Testing Services and evaluated. If your score meets the minimum criteria, a Diploma or GED Credential will be awarded and sent to you.
