Academic Account Request

For Service Member Requests to send their Official transcripts to a school, do NOT proceed as this is for Academic Account Requests only. Please click How to request an official transcript instead for instructions on sending an official transcript to your school.
The Academic Account Request is intended for users at academic institutions to request online access to the official JSTs for your institution. We offer three account types for academic institutions: “View Only” transcripts, “School Order” transcripts (includes viewing option), and/or “School” account, which is for access to create/update degree agreement templates.

Please complete the following form. The information below is needed to verify your identity and establish a user account to access the official transcripts for your academic institution. If you cannot complete this form, please contact JST by entering an Academic Web Inquiry. When contacting, please include your first name, last name, school name, and individual email address.

Account Type Requested (This will determine the type of access you receive.)

1. View Only Access - Will you be processing transcripts that were ordered electronically to your institution?
2. School Order Access - Does your school meet one of the two requirements to order official transcripts on behalf of the student? (If you wish to have ordering option enabled, you must check one of these boxes)
a. Prospective students agree to allow your institute to request all transcripts related to them. Permission can be via checkbox on the student application or on the web. You can fax or e-mail a blank application showing the section where the prospective student would grant this authorization.
b. Your institute agrees to not order transcripts unless they have a signed release from the service member. This requirement can be satisfied by sending an e-mail to us stating you promise to never order an official transcript without a signed release from the service member.
3. School Access - Are you requesting access to create, edit and maintain Degree Agreement Templates? (Note - This access alone does NOT include access to viewing or ordering transcripts)

By submitting this request I understand the following:
The supervisor added to this request is indeed your immediate supervisor and false documentation will result in denial of future requests.
The system will lock me out for inactivity after 30 days (DOD Regulation). It is recommended that I set a reminder to log-in every 30 days to avoid log-in issues.
I agree to not disclose my login credentials to others to comply with Federal regulations against sharing accounts.
