As an Educational Services Officer (ESO), you are eligible to request a Counselor Account in the Joint Services Transcript (JST) system. This account allows you to review service member records with them, enter notes to facilitate communication regarding their records, and provide support for questions related to credit recommendations.

To request an ESO account, please complete the ESO Account Request Form and either attach it to a Web Inquiry or email it to jst@doded.mil. Please note that you will need to create the Web Inquiry first. Once you receive the confirmation email containing the inquiry link, you will be able to upload attachments.

If you took the GED test(s) prior to September 1974, USAFI/GED transcripts are available for:

• U.S. military personnel tested before September 1974
• Ft. Jackson personnel tested before June 30, 1974
• U.S. Coast Guard personnel tested before January 1975

Note: USAFI Transcripts may also contain score data for tests which may be worth college credit, such as Tests of General Education Development (GED), College Level, General Examinations of the College-Level Examination Prep (CLEP), USAFI Subject Standardized Tests (USST) and End-of-Course Tests.
